Vice President

Role Description:
The Vice President is the executive deputy responsible for internal organizational alignment, operational scaling, and effective implementation of TEDA’s strategic and constitutional mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the President in providing strategic leadership and organizational oversight.
  2. Oversee the performance of Sub-Regional Coordinators and Programme Associates.
  3. Ensure that strategic decisions are translated into clear and actionable plans.
  4. Represent TEDA in official engagements in the absence of the President.
  5. Chair internal steering committees and support organizational growth and cross-regional coordination.
  6. Strengthen accountability, performance management, and internal coordination
