Role Description:
Sub-Regional Coordinators are the senior regional authorities responsible for coordinating TEDA’s operations across their respective sub-regions. They serve as the key link between the TEDA Executive Secretariat and District Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct and harmonize TEDA programs and projects within the assigned sub-region.
  2. Coordinate regional implementation and ensure consistency across districts.
  3. Build strategic partnerships with local authorities, ministries, cultural institutions, development organizations, and other stakeholders.
  4. Supervise and support District Representatives within the assigned sub-region.
  5. Lead regional monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning, reporting, and quality assurance processes.
  6. Identify emerging community needs and opportunities for program expansion.
