Role Description:
Sub-Regional Coordinators are the senior regional authorities responsible for coordinating TEDA’s operations across their respective sub-regions. They serve as the key link between the TEDA Executive Secretariat and District Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and harmonize TEDA programs and projects within the assigned sub-region.
- Coordinate regional implementation and ensure consistency across districts.
- Build strategic partnerships with local authorities, ministries, cultural institutions, development organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise and support District Representatives within the assigned sub-region.
- Lead regional monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning, reporting, and quality assurance processes.
- Identify emerging community needs and opportunities for program expansion.
