Person per District — Must Reside in the District(districts under bukedi and teso sub regions)

Role Description:
District Representatives are TEDA’s primary grassroots implementation anchors. Each representative serves as the face of TEDA within their district and is responsible for expanding programs, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring effective local implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Expand and implement TEDA programs at county, sub-county, parish, and community levels.
  2. Establish partnerships with District Local Government authorities, including LCV leadership and Chief Administrative Officers (CAOs), as well as CBOs, community leaders, and cultural institutions.
  3. Mobilize young people and communities to participate in TEDA programs.
  4. Identify local challenges, community needs, and potential beneficiaries.
  5. Coordinate and supervise day-to-day field activities and deliverables.
  6. Prepare regular activity updates, reports, and community feedback for TEDA leadership.
